NANNY PLACEMENT SERVICES - Live-In & Live-Out
Finding the right nanny is about more than childcare — it’s about trust, compatibility, and peace of mind. We specialize in placing experienced, carefully screened nannies in both live-in and live-out positions.
Whether you need full-time support, or a dedicated live-in caregiver, we take the time to understand your family’s unique needs and match you with a nanny who fits seamlessly into your home.
Terms & Conditions
HOME CLEANING

A $399 non-refundable search and placement fee is required to initiate services.

An additional $199 sharing fee applies when more than one party shares the same cleaning service within a single booking.

Optional training with our Head Cleaner is available for a one-time fee of $150.

The placement fee includes candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, ID verification, and reference checks (where available). All housekeepers are personally interviewed and thoroughly vetted to ensure the best possible match.

Clients are entitled to one initial phone or Zoom interview per candidate. If the client wishes to proceed with an in-person meeting, trial, or any further contact, a signed placement agreement and full payment of the placement fee are required in advance.

A 90-day placement guarantee is included, provided the original job terms remain unchanged. If the position ends within this period under those conditions, a replacement will be provided.

Clients must provide a safe, respectful workplace and fair compensation in accordance with applicable labour standards.
NANNY SERVICES

A $899 non-refundable placement fee is required to initiate nanny placement services.

The placement fee includes comprehensive candidate sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, ID verification, and reference checks (where available). All nanny candidates are carefully vetted to ensure professionalism, experience, and alignment with your family’s needs.

After pre-selection, we conduct a one-on-one interview with the nanny to further assess suitability before presenting the candidate to you.

Should you wish to proceed with an in-person meeting, trial period, or any further contact, a signed placement agreement and full payment of the placement fee are required in advance.
